1980s
Tracor, Inc. develops advanced composite alloy with combination of high tensile strength and desirable electromechanical characteristics for long-life lead-acid batteries. (TRACOR also known as Associated Consultants and Engineers and Texas Research Associates, was a diversified international technological products and services company involved in research and development, engineering, manufacture, and marketing of defense and commercial electronics, including electrical components for autos, trucks, computers, and aircraft. Tracor was known as a center for start-up technology companies.)
1987
Tracor with funding and R&D facilities, along with key employees launch Electrosource.
1990s
Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI) begins working with Electrosource to develop battery into the prototype stage.
BDM Technologies, evidentially Ford Aerospace gets involved to commercialize through a joint venture,
Horizon Battery Technologies.
Significant interest ensues with Chrysler for its Electric minivan, along with others.
2001
Electrosource files Chapter 11 Bankruptcy.
Horizon Batteries, Inc. obtains ownership of all Electrosource assets.
Horizon invests and expands until 2014 and licensed technology, one such company was Xtreme Power, Inc. and eventually goes bankrupt.
First Charge Energy purchased Xtreme Power’s assets out of Bankruptcy and launched its own wholly-owned subsidiary Grove Battery Manufacturing LLC (GBM), and utilizes the existing Licensing, Manufacturing, and Distribution Agreement.
Battery Storage products are manufactured and sold.
2016
GBM, in anticipation of the acquisition by SunEdison, began producing Batteries only for junEdison, which led to complete dependency on it. Ir April 2016, SunEdison filed for bankruptcy.
Grove Battery borrows from ExWorks Capital Fund.
Obligations under the Note are guaranteed by First Charge Energy, LLC and Henry Burkhaulter.
Envoy, the owner of the Grove Battery Facility forecloses on its landlord lien and takes possession of the production equipment which is subject to the existing license agreement.
2021
First visit to Grove Closed Battery Plant to see old operations and meet Benny Jay: Meeting was Nick Busche , Larry Hiler , Bill Silhan CEO of Merlin Power other Industry experts.
2022

Samples batteries sent to Merlin for Testing
September:
Merlin approved the Technology on 5-year-old Batteries from Warehouse.
2023
January:
Envoy was legal owner of the Plant & equipment Listed the Asset for Auction with Hilco
March:
Terra Supreme Battery LLC was Formed and Funded by Nick A Busche , Danny Rifkin , Larry Hiler equally to Purchase the Grove facility and assets for evaluation for a New Group 31 AGM Battery using the Legacy Technology.
April:
Benny Jay join as the CTO and start working with Austin Pender designing the new Group 31.
June:
Decision was made to scrap Grove old assets except Extruders and 2 Looms and Mover operation to Albion
September:
Grove was dismantled and Project was kicked off at Albion for renovations of Buildings and ordering all new equipment
October:
Bill Silhan joined the Board of Directors
December:
Chad Wright and Tim Duncun both Join the Board of Directors
